The farmhouse

This is the “core”, the “throbbing heart” of the farm. 

The farm basically deals with  zootechnic activity. We produce cheese, milk  by-products, meat, salami, eggs. We also grow  fruit, vegetables and  work on sowable production. The majority of the products of the farm are then used to prepare the typical recipes we serve in the restaurant Maison Rosset.  In recent years we have increased the agricultural activity with vinicultural production.
