Reception room “Degustation”

This huge and large dining room has been recently refurbished by preservino its original architectural features. With its magnificent stone fireplace and armour, it evokes the atmosphere of the ancient and noble dining rooms of the Aosta Valley Castles.

Stéphanie will welcome groups up to 70 people ( tourist groups/family celebrations/events) in a warm charming and unique way: our guests will immediately breath and smell the scent of hot polenta that is being cooked in the fireplace. We generally propose the same menu suggested at Maison Rosset but we can also meet other requirements if the products come from our farm/land.
